a contract for the implementation of the project titled “Cleaning of streams of competence For.E. Pella”, which is implemented by the Directorate of Technical Projects. The project has a total budget of 160.000,00 € and the funding is from the Central Independent Resources For.E. Pella.
In the context of the project work will be carried out excavation in the riverbed and rehabilitation of embankments of streams of competence of Such.E. Pella. Also, where necessary will be cleaned of vegetation and debris with the aim of restoring the hydraulic cross-section in the initial state for the water supply capacity of streams.
On the sidelines of the signing of the agreement, the vice governor, mr Theodoridis has underlined the importance of the interventions which are included in the developmental planning of the Regional Unit of Pella and enhance essentially the flood protection of the area. In the same direction are prepared, and other studies and interventions focusing on the prevention in matters of civil protection.
