From midday onwards in northern regions, cloud cover will increase, leading to sporadic thunderstorms, mainly in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, extending into the northeastern Aegean islands (Lemnos region) by evening. Other areas will see scattered clouds intensifying during midday to afternoon hours with localized rain or downpours. Snowfall is anticipated in northern mountainous regions from the afternoon and overnight into Monday, even affecting semi-mountainous areas. Winds will blow at 4-5 Beaufort scale in western and southern regions, locally reaching up to 6 Beaufort. In eastern areas, winds will reach 4-6 Beaufort from southern directions. By evening, northern winds will strengthen locally up to 7 Beaufort. Temperatures are expected to rise slightly, primarily in eastern and southern parts, reaching highs of 17°C to 21°C in most regions. However, a noticeable drop is forecast for Macedonia and Thrace in the afternoon. Detailed regional forecasts include partly cloudy skies over Attica with light winds and temperatures ranging between 8°C and 19°C. Northern Greece will experience increasing cloudiness with local showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially in mountainous areas. Snowfall is likely in higher elevations from the afternoon onward. Western Greece and Ionian Islands will face increased cloudiness by midday, accompanied by local showers and isolated thunderstorms, with minor snowfall possible in inland mountainous areas by evening. Eastern Sterea, Evia, and Peloponnese will remain generally clear but could see brief showers. Cyclades and Crete will have scattered clouds with isolated showers and thunderstorms, especially in Crete during afternoon hours. Eastern Aegean and Dodecanese islands will see similar conditions, with stronger thunderstorms expected in northern areas by night.
