A severe accident occurred on Saturday morning (17.05.25) in Argolida when two vehicles collided, resulting in serious injuries to the occupants of one car. The crash happened shortly before 10:00 AM on the Nauplion – Mycenae highway near the Panariti intersection, according to local news outlet ‘Argolikes Eidiseis.’ Initial reports indicate that the two cars collided side-on under unclear circumstances, causing one vehicle to veer off course and overturn, seriously injuring its occupants. One of the victims reportedly suffered a hand amputation. Fire department units from Nauplion rushed to the scene for extraction operations, while EKAB ambulances transported the injured to the hospital. The Traffic Department of Nauplion is conducting an investigation into the causes and conditions of the accident.
