SeaJets Deploys Two More Ships to Combat Fires in Chios

On Monday, June 23, 2025, efforts to extinguish the raging fires in Chios were intensified through the mobilization of significant resources and forces. Specifically, SeaJets deployed two additional ships free of charge to the island in the northern Aegean. The Aqua Blue set sail at 11:00 AM from the port of Kavala, while the Aqua Jewel departed at 4:30 PM from the port of Piraeus. Both ships carried powerful firefighting teams and vehicles to assist with the fires in Chios. On Sunday, June 22, 2025, the Superrunner Jet 2 had already transported strong firefighting forces and vehicles to the island.
