Schools open: KKE’s fierce attack on government

“The government’s announcements on the opening of primary schools are not a feat. The Ministry of Education must simply stop announcing dates, without taking any substantive measures to ensure the safe opening of schools.
As noted in the JRC Communication
“Schools are not buildings. They’re students, parents, teachers. People who have suffered the social, class consequences of the pandemic. That is why the government cannot whistle indifferently, as if nothing had happened two months ago.”
Direct and free covid tests in schools for teachers and students. Measures to effectively detect cases and not upload this process to teachers. How schools will open on January 11 – What will happen to Gymnasiums and Lyceums To recommend mass vaccination of teachers as a necessary measure for the safe operation of schools in pandemic conditions.
To support and operate directly the structures of supporting teaching and additional teaching support”.
He concludes: “As things are for the students of the Third Lyceum, it is not enough to announce a reduced exam subject. The minimum that the government must do is to immediately withdraw the sudden changes to the system of access to HEI that the children are planning and have been filled with further stress.”
