Samsung evolves its sleep technology with extra sizes for Galaxy Ring and upgrades Samsung Health application

Samsung Electronics announced that Galaxy Ring will feature two new sizes, 14 and 15, with the full range of sizes reaching from 5 to 15 , while from February it will be available in 15 additional markets, reaching total 53. In addition to expanding Galaxy Ring, updates to the Samsung Health app will provide personalized well-being capabilities, supporting sleep and well-being. Along with SmartThings, Samsung Health analyzes the environment of sleep, assessing factors such as temperature, humidity, air quality and light intensity in the room. In the morning, users will be able to receive a sleep environment report that advises them how to optimize their environment conditions. They can also use SmartThings to automatically adjust room settings to create the proper sleep environment when they sleep, supporting a restful sleep. Sleep time guidance suggests hours of sleep, adapted to sleep patterns, habits and conditions. Samsung Health provides practical sleep information, suggesting appropriate sleep hours based on a combination of the quality of sleep and daily routines. In addition, a new awareness monitoring tool enables physical monitoring and suggests breathing and meditation exercises, all easily accessible within a monitoring tool.
