Materials
5 eggs tight
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ Cup olive oil
5 tsp. tablespoons strained yogurt
3-4 sprigs of dill, finely chopped
zest and juice from ½ lemon
½ Tsp. sweet paprika
salt, pepper
Process
Step 1
Clean the eggs, cut them in thick slices and spread them on a platter. Salt and pepper lightly.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, zest and juice of the lemon together with some salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour over the eggs. Finely chop the dill and spread over the salad. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
Tips
-Baked Arabic bread, pita bread or toasted stale bread, this salad is transformed into a hearty main dish.
-If you want, you can add lettuce or any other green salad.
