An astonishing case has emerged from Russia, where a mother of four allegedly hired an acquaintance to murder her 12-year-old daughter. The motive? She was reportedly tired of the girl’s ‘bad behavior.’ The 46-year-old mother, identified only as Svetlana, gave her friend 930 rubles with explicit instructions to drown the girl in a river near Chelyabinsk, Russia. However, the plan unraveled when the man confessed everything to the young girl and then reported the mother to the police, according to Daily Mail. According to the news agency Shot, the 12-year-old had secretly overheard her mother planning the murder due to strained relations between them. Consequently, the mother sent her daughter to the home of 36-year-old Andrei in the village of Izmailovskiy. As they walked down the road, the girl was extremely frightened and anxious, the news agency reported. At that point, the man revealed the truth and promised to protect her, subsequently hiding her near his house before going to the police. He stated that he had been instructed by the woman to kill her daughter. The police arrested the woman, who now faces up to 15 years in prison. The 12-year-old is currently in a facility with her two siblings, aged 6 and 17. The 46-year-old also has an 18-year-old daughter.
