FSB said the members of the organization were planning “to carry out a terrorist action against one of the Jewish religious institutions in Moscow,” the RIA agency broadcast citing the Federal Security Agency’s announcement. The perpetrators opened fire in the attempt to capture them and “were neutralized by retaliation fire,” said FSB.
