Russia: 10,000 North Korean soldiers train in Kursk to fight against Ukraine

Ten thousand soldiers from North Korea are going to fire in the battle against her, the, confirmed NATO’s g.c., Mark Rute. Her involvement in the war against Ukraine has been known for several days. NATO’s c.c. statements however confirmed the initial reports with Moscow not yet taking an official position on the issue. “I can confirm that North Korean troops have been sent to Russia and that North Korean military units have deployed to Kursk,” the secretary continued. Apart from Mark Rute, two more American officials confirmed the presence of 10,000 North Koreans in Russia, according to Reuters. The U.S. Department of Defense has so far not confirmed the statements of the three Americans. Photos and videos released on social media show soldiers from North Korea taking the necessary equipment from a Russian training centre and getting immediately into the field for practice. Russia again has not confirmed or denied the validity of these documents. “It is our decision whether to develop or not, where, how, if we need it or whether to carry out some kind of exercises, education, exchange of experience,” Vladimir Putin said of North Korea’s involvement in the war. Western countries believe that within the next few weeks imported soldiers will be taken to the battlefield to fight against Ukraine. The U.S. Pentagon has already warned that if this happens, North Korea will be directly involved in the war that has been afflicting Ukraine for almost three years. “The problem now is that we have another force that might be involved in the war in Ukraine. It shows that Russia has a human resources problem. It seems that the way to resolve this shortage is to recruit foreign troops,” CNN analyst said. A delegation from South Korea this week is due to visit Kiev to present information on North Korean troops to the Ukrainians.
