The Police Department of Kipseli remains 42-year-old Rudy Youngblad, who was arrested in its center, after an incident he had with a police officer. The actor who became particularly known from Mel Gibson’s film Apocalypto, threatened a police officer with a knife, while even in a state of drunkenness. The arrest took place at dawn on December 27th at the confluence of Thera and Patissia Streets in Athens. CORVERSE According to what has become known, everything happened near the Police Department of Kipseli when the Indian-born actor fell on a service machine. Then a policeman approached him, asking him if he was okay. However, the EL.A. officer. found Rudy Youngblad was drunk. Suddenly, the actor pulled out an 18 – centimeter knife, with which he threatened the police officer, according to the SKAI. Then the actor in his attempt to flee ran to Patissia. However, he was arrested at the confluence with Thera Street. After recovering from his state of drunkenness, he was brought to justice, he was sentenced to prison, but was not released, after having been found to have expired his residence visa in our country. CORVERSE The actor remains a prisoner in the Department of Kipseli and the administrative deportation process is now under way. According to police, the Oscar candidate actor is in Greece for filming and was out to have fun. He had been drinking a lot and on his way home temporarily staying, he was found outside the Kipseli police station. “I didn’t understand the language” In his statement, Rudy Youngblad allegedly claimed he didn’t realize they were cops. He said that some men approached him, without insignia and that they did not explain what his rights were, while he claimed he could not understand what they were saying to him as he did not know Greek. Regarding the visa, he was reportedly stating that a health problem is causing him trouble, he was instructed by his doctor not to travel. This resulted in him considering that he was entitled to remain in our country.
