Road Traffic Code: Fines from EUR 30 to 700 and penalties applicable

(EUR 350 – 30 days of withdrawal of a driving licence & prison sentence). * Refusal to immobilise vehicle at a traffic sign. * Release into service and driving without registration (agro-machine, work machine) or removed. * Variation of holder or main vehicle characteristics without new licence. * Driving without valid Greek permission of the appropriate category or which has been withdrawn or removed for any reason.
