The view from the 40th floor of the Riviera Tower in Elliniko is truly breathtaking. From this imposing skyscraper, residents and visitors can see the entire Athens Riviera, the marina, the Saronic Gulf — and even large parts of central Athens, including the Acropolis. The massive Elliniko redevelopment site is also clearly visible, where construction and urban renewal work continues apace.

Riviera Tower nears completion

The tower has now reached its 50th floor, and the main structural phase of construction is complete. Upcoming work will focus on interior fit-outs, electromechanical installations, and final building finishes — all part of transforming Elliniko into a new urban landmark.

“Those who believed in this vision early on are already seeing strong returns — property values at the Riviera Tower have already risen significantly,” said Vangelis Perperas, Senior Director of Site Management.

According to Perperas, the majority of buyers are Greek nationals, with strong interest also coming from Greeks living abroad and international investors.

A new benchmark for sustainable living

When completed, the Riviera Tower will house 171 residential units. Residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including swimming pools, fitness areas, a business centre, lounge spaces — and several apartments will feature private sea-view pools.

Notably, the Riviera Tower will be Greece’s first certified green residential skyscraper, incorporating photovoltaic systems and meeting rigorous environmental standards.

On track for summer 2027 delivery

Odyseas Athanasiou, CEO of LAMDA Development, previously described the project as “exceptionally complex and challenging.” Despite some delays in electromechanical installations and interior works, Bouygues Construction’s leadership recently visited Athens and reaffirmed that the summer 2027 handover remains achievable.

Construction began in 2022, and if progress stays on schedule, the project is expected to be fully completed in the first half of 2027 — paving the way for the first residents to move in. Designed to become one of the most iconic structures in the reimagined Elliniko district, the tower symbolises a major milestone in Athens’ urban transformation.
