This draft law seeks to speed up the real estate process, to achieve the objective of moving the country as a whole into a cadastral operating regime within 2025, and to establish a new digital process for the correction of geometric real estate elements, It also attempts to simplify and speed up the processes of real estate transfer, registration of written acts and correction of cadastral records, under a cadastral operating regime, to avoid complex administrative procedures and lengthy judicial disputes.
