Razvan Lucescu stays out with Olympiacos: PAOK appeal dismissed

In the void fell his appeal for his punishment for what happened in the derby with the AEK in Opap Arena. The 23-day ban imposed on Razvan Lucescu remains, with Romanian PAOK technician staying away from the bench and in the derby with Olympiacos in Toumba. The Romanian technician did not sit on the bench at the game with OFI last Sunday and will be on the stand and in the Cup game with Egaleo today (30/10/2024), but also in the away match with Lamia on Sunday (3/11/2024). The following decisions were taken at its last meeting: 1) He formally accepted the appeal of Kyriakou Yantsidis, Razvan Lucescu, Euthymios Katlabanidis. He partly accepted the appeal and essentially as regards the first caller, Kyriakos Giannidis. It amended the contested decision as regards the caller. He imposed on him (1st) invoking penalties: a) Prohibition of entry into the field and locker rooms for a period of fifteen (15) days and b) a penalty of five thousand (5,000) euros. He ordered the refund to the first requested party of the paid offender, which amounts to EUR 50. He rejected the appeal in substance, in respect of the second (Razvan LUCESCU of Mircea) and the third (Ethymium Kaltabanidis) of the callers. 2) It formally accepts and essentially accepts the appeal Daniel Vega. It reforms the No. 201/24-10-2024 decision of the Supreme League 1 Greece Primary Discipline Body, as regards the caller Daniel Vega (Vega Daniel). He absolves the summoner Daniel Vega (VEGA DANIEL) from the disciplinary infringement attributed to him of Article 11(2) and 4 of the EPO Disciplinary Code. It shall order the repayment of the infringement paid to the offender and the reduction of the Commission’s operating fees in favour of the EPO.
