Greek technology group Quality & Reliability A.E. (QnR) has acquired a 51% stake in Polish IT company E-XIM IT S.A., marking a strategic move to expand its footprint across Central and Eastern Europe. The acquisition, valued at up to €6,901,790, will be paid in five installments — the first two fixed, and the remaining three contingent on achieving specific financial targets.
Path to Full Control
The agreement also includes an option for QnR to acquire an additional 31.62% of E-XIM IT by 2029, bringing its total ownership closer to full control.
About E-XIM IT
E-XIM IT S.A., founded in 2014 and listed on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), is one of Poland’s most specialized providers of digital transformation services — with exclusive expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Its client base includes leading private-sector companies and public institutions across Poland.
Strategic Implications
This acquisition represents a pivotal step in QnR Group’s international growth strategy. By entering the Polish market, QnR strengthens its presence in Central Europe and gains access to one of Europe’s most dynamic technology markets. It also opens the door to organic expansion, new partnerships, and future strategic acquisitions.
Crucially, the deal marks QnR’s entry into the global ServiceNow ecosystem — a top-tier enterprise AI and digital workflow automation platform. Leveraging E-XIM IT’s deep technical expertise and established delivery capabilities, QnR is building a new strategic growth pillar centered on ServiceNow solutions.
The collaboration is expected to create new development opportunities for professionals across both organizations — through cross-border team integration, knowledge sharing, and participation in larger European projects and innovative tech initiatives.
In its official statement, QnR described the acquisition as a decisive step toward realizing its long-term vision: building a pan-European technology group powered by targeted investments, strategic alliances, and world-class technology platforms — delivering sustainable value for clients, employees, and shareholders alike.
