Prosecutorial intervention for Tempes: Urgent investigation into a video that hasn’t reached the interrogator

Urgently ordered by the Supreme Court prosecutor, Georgia Adeline, about what has happened with security cameras, concerning the progress of the commercial train involved in the tragic accident of the . In her order for the urgent investigation into the tragedy in Tembis, the Supreme Court Prosecutor states : “We send you the attached reports and please carry out an urgent preliminary examination in order to investigate why the material from the Thessaloniki railway station cameras, delivered by the managers of their management company to Mr. Ephetis Investigator of the Tempes case (on request for the delivery of the video material from the Thessaloniki railway station, in which the loading and departure of the commercial train involved in the accident on the night of 28/2/2023) did not contain the video recordings from the Messina engine room (on request for the delivery of the commercial equipment from the Thessaloniki railway station, in which was recorded and the departure of the commercial train involved in the accident on which the date of 28/2/2023), did not contain video recordings from the Thessaloniki engine room where the loading of commercial train. Please complete the preliminary examination within one month of receipt of this and inform us thereof.” This development comes as two years after the unprecedented tragedy in Tembis, all the material for the course of the commercial train has not arrived in the hands of the interrogator, especially as regards the start of its course by the station of Thessaloniki, to clarify, if not, suspicions and questions about what the commercial train actually carried, and if the explosion that occurred from the collision of trains is related to transportable materials.
