Professional burglars at the residence of Anita Theocharakis in Philothei – What the Greek FBI investigates

The burglars’ movements were rapid, while from the video footage that exists one of the perpetrators appears to be ripping off the safe located in the bedroom of the 62-year-old daughter of the well-known businessman. In another video the perpetrators are captured having the safe in their hands, while the private security responsible for guarding Anita Theocharis’ house does not seem to have been able to react. Police officers are now focusing their investigations on the security cameras inside the house, but also on its surroundings, while visual material from the surrounding streets has also been entered into their microscope. The police want to see if they can track the escape route of the perpetrators and if there was another accomplice, who was carrying out lookout debts. Behind the 1 million-euro blow, of which 40,000 cash and the rest of the jewels, police estimate that the perpetrators were professionals, while they do not rule out any information about the movements but also the treasure that 62-year-old had at her home.
