They all change for the after “fall ” by the main opposition. Nikos Androulakis’ party will have institutional and parliamentary gains from tomorrow (22/11/24) which Syriza will lose. SYRIZA after the departure of Theodora Jackris and Giota Pulou stayed with 29 MPs and is now a third parliamentary party of Parliament. PASOK is now designated as it has 31 Members and now this brings about a series of institutional, state and parliamentary changes. More detailed: -PASOK and not SYRIZA will be institutionally the fourth state actor in the country and Nikos Androulakis will have the lead from the president of SYRIZA in all events. The President of PASOK will take the floor after the Prime Minister and the new President of SYRIZA will follow the speech of Nikos Androulakis. -In the discussions of the bills in plenary and committees, the minority rapporteur will be a Member of PASOK, while the Member of Syriza will speak in his capacity as a special speaker. During the organized parliamentary debates in plenary with circles of speakers, PASOK has more MPs than Syriza. -A change in the composition of the Standing and Special Committees does not exist since SYRIZA and PASOK had 6 members – members and the difference of 31-29 does not change the quota. But changes will be made to the composition of the Bureau of the Committee on Institutions and Transparency, to the Conference of Presidents and to the Committee of Presidents. In the Committee on Institutions and Transparency, according to KtB, the position of Vice President is occupied by a member of the Opposition Officer’s party. Therefore, now, Vice-President of the Committee on Institutions and Transparency should be appointed a PASOK Member. Something that brings about a change in the composition of the Conference of Presidents, where the Vice-President of the Institutions and Transparency participates in it as the President of the Commission is Vice-President of the House and cannot have double representation. Only one Member of the majority and one of the Opposition Officer’s party participates in the Audit Committee. Hereafter he will be a Member of PASOK and not SYRIZA. – SYRIZA will hand over the Office of the President of the Opposition Officer to PASOK President Nikos Androulakis. The new president of SYRIZA will move to a second floor office. The associates of Nikos Pappas have already started packing their things. -Reduction of moving employees to staff the offices of the parliamentary group of SYRIZA but from the Office of the Leader of the Opposition Officer. It is estimated that the contract of employment will be resolved to five post-callers appointed to the SYRIZA parliamentary group and three to the post of commuters at the Office of the Opposition Officer. These positions will be passed to PASOK.
