Premia Properties: Acquisition of Semel company at a total price of 10,6m euros

The announced today (20.1.2025) that Lyktos signed the acquisition of Semel Winery. In detail the announcement of Premia Properties: PREMIA PROPERTIES announces that on 17/1/2025, the transfer of all the shares of SEMELE Winery SA (‘SEMELI’) was signed with LYKTOS Holding SA. The total price of the transaction (including part of undertakings) is EUR 10,6 million. CORVERSE Under the agreement, PREMIA will acquire buildings of a total area of 6,850 square meters (of which a winery in Nemea Corinthia 5.512 sq.m. including storage spaces, and 10 suites with a multi-event area of 1,338 sq.m.) and 278-acre (including 232-acre vineyards in Nemea and Arcadia). The winery of Nemea has high quality architectural design and construction, with excellent tourist development potential in the wine tourism sector. The structure of the transaction includes the separation of real estate from wine/commercial activity. Real estate (winery, suites and vineyards) will be transferred to PREMIA SA and leased through a long-term lease to the existing company “SEMELI WINEWITNESS SA”. SEMELE SA’s shares will be transferred to the holding company ENGLISH winery SA (mother of BOUTARI Wineries, IOLE SAGE) along with winery and commercial activity, including brands, production machinery, stocks and requirements and obligations.
