The acquisition of the Semel estate by it greatly enhances the company’s presence in the wine tourism sector. This new acquisition is added to the Premia portfolio, which includes four in Naoussa, Goumenissa, Mantinea and Crete, as well as 630 acres of vineyards, leased to the Boutari winery. At the same time, it invests dynamically in other sectors, such as tourism and student homes, seeking to expand its activity and consolidate its market position. The wineries and vineyards sector is a strategically important sector for PREMIA Properties. With the new agreement, the company strengthens its presence in the industry, acquiring properties of a total area of 6,850 sq.m. These properties include a winery in Nemea Corinthia, an area of 5.512 sq.m., which includes storage spaces and ten suites, as well as a multi-event venue of 1,338 sq.m. In addition, plots of a total area of 278 acres are acquired, of which 232 acres are covered by vineyards in Nemea and Arcadia. CORVERSE At the same time, in July, PREMIA Properties proceeded to fully cover the share capital increase of Navarino Vineyards S.A., amounting to 4.1 million euros, obtaining a 50% stake, while the remaining 50% belongs to TEMES S.A. Navarino Vineyards has 350 acres of vineyards and is already implementing the construction of a state-of-the-art winery in Mouzaki Messinia, which is expected to enter into operation in 2026. It is also noted that in September, the company sold to Alpha Estate in Santorini a mixed leased surface winery of 2.211 sq.m. on a plot of 23.0014 sq.m. in Megalochori Santorini, compared to 6.5m euros. The valuation value of the property on 30 June 2023 amounted to €4.1 million. These movements enhance the strategic targeting of PREMIA Properties in the dynamic sector of wineries, highlighting its role as an important player in the field. It is recalled that the listed AEPAP outside the three real estate student residences in Athens, Patras and Thessaloniki (153 serving apartments of a total area of 7,764 sq.m.), a few months ago completed a fourth building complex in Xanthi, with a capacity of 102 apartments, which was rented entirely by students and there is already a waiting list. Finally, last year the collaboration with Nordic Leisure Travel Group, with which Premia proceeded to a strategic partnership in the area of hospitality and hotels, as the second acquired the company Sunwing Hotels Hellas, which owns the 4-star hotel “Sunwing Kallithea Beach”, located in Kallithea Rhodes and the 4-star and 262 key hotel “Sunwing Makrigialos & Ocean Beach Club”, located in Crete.
