Pork with quinces

Materials
For 2-4 people
1 pound of pork rump, cut into pieces
1 1/2 tea cup of crisco
1 kilo of quinces (peeled and cut)
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 carrot, cut into round slices
1 cup. tea. white wine
2 tomatoes chopped
25 g. cabbage, finely chopped
a few leaves of chopped celery
1 pinch salt, pepper
Execution
In a deep frying pan sauté the pork with the crisco and add the onions until ξανθύνουν.
Then pour in the clams with the carrot and continue to sauté. Deglaze with the wine, add the tomatoes and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add the cabbage, celery, salt and pepper and 1 cup of water.
Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
