Plaisio Computers recorded consolidated revenue of €498.7 million in 2025—just shy of the €500 million mark—representing a 3.9% increase from €480.1 million in 2024, according to its published financial statements.
Stronger Profits and Margin Expansion
EBITDA rose to €17.9 million, up from €13.8 million the previous year, while pre-tax profit reached €5.5 million. Net profit after tax climbed significantly to €4.2 million, compared to €1.28 million in 2024. The company’s gross profit margin improved to 17.9%, up from 17.5% in 2024.
Despite a generally subdued technology market environment, Plaisio posted growth across both sales and profitability. It also continued reducing its bank debt while investing in infrastructure and digital systems.
B2B Segment Drives Revenue Growth
The business-to-business (B2B) channel was the primary driver behind the revenue increase, generating €272.9 million—a 7.7% rise year-on-year. In contrast, retail sales declined by 1.3% to €215.8 million. Meanwhile, the company’s services segment grew strongly, reaching €10 million—an increase of 21.7%—supported in part by government-backed digital transformation programs for SMEs.
Debt Reduction and Strategic Investments
By year-end 2025, group cash holdings stood at €48.8 million, while bank debt fell sharply to €1.3 million—down from €4.5 million in 2024. Capital expenditures totaled €8.7 million during the year, directed toward expanding its store network, upgrading IT systems, and advancing its digital transformation.
Expansion and Dividend Proposal
A new store opened in Melissia during 2025, bringing Plaisio’s total retail footprint to 27 locations. The board of directors has proposed a dividend of €0.12 per share for 2025—double the €0.06 paid in 2024.
In recent public statements, Plaisio’s Chairman and CEO, Costas Gerardos, reaffirmed the company’s strategic focus on technology investments, expanding enterprise services, and enhancing customer experience—regardless of broader economic headwinds.
The 2025 financial year marks the last full fiscal period before the passing of company founder Giorgos Gerardos. The current administrative term is now led by Costas Gerardos.
