Patras: Two Young Lives Lost in a Tragic Car Accident

A tragic accident resulting in two fatalities occurred on the evening of Sunday, June 22, 2025, in the Arachovitika area near Patras. According to reports from tempo24, the crash happened when a vehicle carrying two young men veered off course on the old national road leading toward Patras and ended up colliding with a house’s courtyard. The severe impact claimed the lives of both the driver and the passenger. The two victims, approximately 18 years old, had reportedly gone to the area for a swim. One of them had just completed the Panhellenic exams days prior, an event marking the end of their high school journey.
