Patras: Third case of meningitis, intubated hospitalized 20-year-old student

Alarm caused health authorities in the third in order case detected in a university student. The 20-year-old student is intubated, in critical condition to “Saint Andrew” and is expected to be transferred to the University Hospital in Patras while it is worth noting that his parents found the student in bad condition at his home. Scientists are deeply concerned and of course the student community is greatly disturbed. It is recalled that this is the third case of meningitis found in a student of the University of Patras in recent times.
