Parliament Receives Dikography on OPEKEPE Scandal – Government Response Expected

The Parliament received shortly after 5 PM on Wednesday (June 25, 2025), the dikography from the European Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding the OPEKEPE scandal. The document was delivered by the Areios Pagos Prosecutor through the Ministry of Justice, as reported in the Plenary session by the parliamentary representative of Greek Solution, Konstantinos Hitas. According to reports, the confidential dikography, which arrived in a large envelope, has been registered and will be transferred to the Office of the Special Secretary of the President of the Parliament for study. Members of Parliament who wish to review it may do so, but copying or photographing is prohibited. The dikography details alleged offenses involving former ministers and recorded conversations of MPs from ND, PASOK, and SYRIZA, where they allegedly requested favors for their voters.
