The preparations for the Sunday (6/4/25, 19:30) derby match against Olympiacos have been completed by PAOK, with the Thessaloniki-based club choosing not to announce their starting lineup. The final training session before the big derby in Toumba (6/4/25, 19:30), part of the second competitive play-off round of the Super League, took place Saturday afternoon (5/4/25) in Nea Mesimvria. Coach Razvan Lucescu emphasized both tactical strategies and set-piece phases ahead of the traditional family double event. Deyan Lovren, who followed an individual program, is the only player not counted on by the Romanian coach for the game, as no official lineup was announced. After the training concluded, PAOK moved to the ‘Makedonia Palace’ hotel, where they will stay overnight before the match, with all other players ready to take the field.
