60 grams of flour
4 apples peeled
2 tablespoons cognac
90 grams of condensed milk
3 egg whites
To make the dough mix the condensed milk, the flour and the egg whites until Ï‡Ï…Î»ÏŽÏƒÎ¿Ï…Î½.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Cut the apples into slices, sprinkle with the brandy, dip in the batter and before the oil is burned the fry.
When browned, it’s ready. You can garnish as you like.
One way is with honey and cinnamon, or even with a bit of sugar and cinnamon.
