An extraordinary General Assembly will be held on the subject of the termination of the contract for him by the president of Amateur, Takis Malakate. Today (18/11) the document with the required signatures was submitted to Panathinaikos AO for the convocation of an extraordinary General Assembly on the subject of the termination of the contract for Botanical. In detail, the letter… Mr President, more than 30 months have passed since the vote on the Group’s home issue. This time was more than sufficient to have — literally and figuratively — visible results in terms of the construction of the facilities for the Sports Group departments. On the contrary, there is an unjustified stagnation leading to a clear violation of the agreed timetable. On those grounds: We request, within 15 days of the notification of this, the convocation of an extraordinary General Assembly with the following agenda issues, so that the members are invited to decide on the following issues: (a) In the event of the unpractice referred to in Article 10.4.3, in between the Municipality of Athens and Panathinaikos A.O. a date concession, i.e. Tuesday 31-12-2024, and the sports facilities referred to therein to Panathinaikos A.O. have not been delivered, as provided, to Panathinaikos A.O., we decide to exercise the right of complaint directly and without other action in accordance with Article 10.4 of the concession agreement. In particular, we decide on the performance of a written notification of the concession agreement by the Panathinaikos Sports Group, addressing the Municipality of Athens, within 5 working days of the arrival as an integral part of the critical time-scale of the delivery of sports facilities. b) The immediate termination of any contracts concluded between Panathinaikos A.O. and the Municipality of Athens, amending the terms of the concession contract or extending its time limits. c) The definition of the General Assembly as an exclusive judicial body for the approval or not of any future or existing contract concerns the relocation of the Panathinaikos Sports Group, whether it is carried out under the Double Redevelopment Programme or under other legal regime.”
