Today, Saturday, May 31st, marks the start of the Pan-hellenic exams for EPAL candidates, with students competing in Modern Greek. In total, 68,788 positions await candidates for the academic year 2025-2026. The newsit.gr website, in collaboration with the ‘DIAKROTIMA Tutoring Group,’ will publish updates throughout the duration of the Pan-hellenic Examinations 2025. The exam schedule for EPAL candidates continues as follows: June 3rd, Mathematics (Algebra) exam. This will be followed by specialty subject exams from June 5th to June 16th. Finally, specialty subject exams will take place from June 14th to June 25th. Health exams and practical assessments for candidates (GEL and EPAL) aiming for Physical Education and Sports Science Departments will occur from June 16th to June 27th. Candidates must arrive at the examination rooms by 8:00 a.m., with exams starting promptly at 8:30 a.m. Each exam lasts three hours, except for the Architectural Design specialty, which lasts four hours. Students are required to bring their ID or passport, examination candidate card, and blue or black ink pens. Pencils are only allowed if specified in the exam instructions. Other permitted items include erasers, rulers, geometry tools when needed, a small water or juice bottle, and an analog wristwatch. Prohibited items include books, notes, correction fluid, mobile phones, and any other communication devices. Possession of a mobile phone, even if turned off, inside the exam room is strictly forbidden and can result in disqualification.
