On Thursday, July 16, the newspaper Kivotos tis Orthodoksias (Ark of Orthodoxy) resumes weekly distribution of its full collection — a move prompted by strong public demand. Each issue features a selection of beloved religious icons, offering readers a variety of options to choose from.
The icons showcased are representative examples; in fact, a wide range of designs is available. Readers are encouraged to visit local newsstands to find the icon that resonates most deeply with them.
All icons are handcrafted from wood and feature raised gold-leaf Byzantine-style engraving. Each comes in standard size and is housed in a special protective case, with a cherished prayer printed on the reverse side.
For information or orders regarding earlier books and icons previously released with the Kivotos newspaper, contact +30 210 6923211 or email [email protected]. Office hours are daily — except Saturdays and Sundays — from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
