OPEKA: Payments for Benefits on Wednesday, April 30th – Beneficiaries

On Wednesday (April 30, 2025), all payments from the Organization for Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity (OPEKA) for the month of April will be made, as announced today (April 28, 2025) by the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family. Among the OPEKA payments are housing allowances, child benefits, birth allowances, and disability benefits. Specifically, OPEKA benefits will be paid to 617,827 beneficiaries for a total amount of €182,007,298 in April. Detailed breakdowns include Housing Allowance with 194,789 beneficiaries totaling €23,548,654; Guaranteed Minimum Income with 160,395 beneficiaries at €36,505,178; Disability Benefits covering 193,936 recipients amounting to €89,016,638; and more. Notably, the Guaranteed Minimum Income, Birth, and Adoption allowances will be paid through prepaid cards.
