The digital application of a Register of public-use stations and facilities for heating oil sellers is on-line from Sunday (1.12.2024). The new application leads to even more effective controls and further repression of the smuggling of fuel. It is recalled that by joint decision (A 1151/2024) of the Deputy Minister for Finance, Christos Dimas, Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergios, Deputy Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Basil Economou, Deputy Minister for Development, Anna Mani and the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority George Pitsilis, new registration agents are added to the Register, additional data are recorded in the application and the digital inventory process is re-established, as follows: – Complete/update of the already registered data, up to 01/02/2025 must be carried out by: holders of a public service station authorisation, oil heating vendors installers of the input-output monitoring system, – Full registration of data by the new operators of volumetric services, up to 1.9.2025 It is noted that today (28.11.2024) at 18:00, the operation of the existing Register application ceased. The new application will be available, 1/12, via the digital portal, selecting Customs Services or Tax Services and then > Input – Fuel Output System > Liquid Fuel Stations. At the same time, 1/12 begins the operation of the upgraded digital input-output database, from the liquid fuel stations, to be hosted in modern Cloud infrastructure (G-Cloud / Government Cloud). Competent installers of the input-output system must take the necessary steps to send the data to the new upgraded digital structure.
