Obama: The stigmatisation of muslims serves the jihadis

The president of the united states, Barack Obama, assessed today that “the stigma” of muslims serves the τζιχναντιστές “who want to turn us against each other”, condemning indirectly proposals of the candidates of the Republican Party for the White House.
In the fight against the Islamic State, “our main partners are the American muslims,” said the American president during a speech, after the attacks, the Third in Brussels, the responsibility of which took over the Islamic State.
Mr. Obama has expressed condolences for the at least two American citizens who were killed in the attacks “in which at least 14 Americans were injured”.
“We must reject any attempt to stigmatise the muslim Americans” and to welcome “their enormous contribution to our country and to our way of life,” said mr. Obama.
“These attempts come into conflict with the character, principles and our history as a nation that was based on the concept of religious freedom,” he continued.
“It is also counterproductive. Directly serves the game of the terrorists, who want to turn us against each other and want to have a reason to recruit more and more people for their cause, which is turned to hatred”, he noted.
The main candidates for the Republican nomination, Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, have proposed conducting patrols of the police in districts where they reside Muslims. Mr. Trump also wants to prohibit temporarily the entry of the USA to the muslims, fearing that they could be extremists among them.
Mr Obama acknowledged that the Islamic State “poses a threat to the entire civilized world”, but promised that “the terrorists will fail”.
