Nikos Farantouris declares “present” in the race for the leadership of SYRIZA – “Message of counterattack” by Prespes

A “return message” from the Prespes was sent by Nikos Farantouris, following the issue of leadership posed by Paul Polakis. A televised message from the Prespes, the MEP posted today (25.08.2024) to his personal Facebook account, which he said is “a symbol of unity and cooperation of the peoples, a symbol of a Greek outward, active, demanding and effective.” Nikos Farantouris thus expressed his willingness to claim the presidency of Syriza.
