New Vaccination Program 2025: What Applies to Children and Adolescents – Detailed Circular

The new National Vaccination Program for 2025 was announced today, Great Wednesday (April 16, 2025), by the Ministry of Health following a presentation by the National Vaccination Committee. The vaccination program for children and adolescents, signed by Deputy Health Minister Irene Agapidaki, includes 16 vaccines, among others for HPV, tetanus, and COVID-19. The circular contains four tables outlining the vaccination program by age group, by disease, and indication, targeting children aged 4 months to 6 years who were not vaccinated at the recommended age, as well as children and adolescents aged 7 to 18 years who missed their scheduled vaccinations. The national vaccination program for children and adolescents covers various diseases or other indications. Programs are specifically designed for children aged 4 months to 6 years and those aged 7 to 18 years who have not been vaccinated according to the recommended schedule.
