New Threats from Iran: ‘Nothing is Over, Enriched Uranium Remains Untouchable’

In the aftermath of the bombing of nuclear facilities on Sunday (22/06/2025), an advisor to Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stated today that Tehran still holds a stockpile of enriched uranium despite attacks by the U.S. on its key nuclear installations. “Even if the nuclear facilities were destroyed, the game is not over; the enriched material, indigenous technology, and political will remain,” said Ali Samkhari via the X platform. “The political and operational initiative now lies with those who act smartly and avoid blind strikes. The surprises will continue,” he warned.
