New Democracy: ‘Ten Years Since the Shameful Referendum’

The New Democracy party posted on Facebook marking ten years since the controversial referendum held during the premiership of Alexis Tsipras. ‘Ten years since the referendum that divided Greeks, cost 100 billion euros, and endangered the country’s position in the eurozone. We do not forget,’ stated New Democracy in its message published on Saturday, July 5th. The decision for the July 2015 referendum was taken by the then SYRIZA-ANEL government.
