Greek “travels” to Saudi Arabia. The strengthening of cooperation in Health and medicine was at the heart of the Saudi Health Minister’s meeting with the Panhellenic Union. New era in cooperation between Greece and Saudi Arabia in the pharmaceutical sector was opened the recent visit of a Saudi delegation to Athens, at which the Kingdom’s Minister of Health, Fahad Aljalatzel, met with a delegation from the Panhellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (EPF). The PEF, represented by President Theodoros Trifon, Vice President Dimitris Demos and Mr. Constantinos Panayoulias, Vice President of VIANEX Group, participated in a working meeting with Saudi Health Minister Fahad Aljalajel, in the presence of the Greek Minister of Health, Mr.Adoni Georgiadis, as part of an official visit by a delegation from Saudi Arabia to Athens. During the meeting, both sides discussed extensively the potential for cooperation in the field of health and strengthening the presence of Greek pharmaceutical companies in Saudi Arabia, a market of strategic importance. After the meeting, the president of the FVO, Mr. Trifon, said: “Saudi Arabia is a strategic market for Greek pharmaceutical companies and our presence in the wider region.
