NATO: Radmila Sekerinska from North Macedonia is the new Deputy Secretary General of the Alliance

His Secretary General, announced today (19.11.2024) that he appointed Radmila Sekerinska, from North Macedonia, as Deputy Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance. Mark Rute described that: “I am pleased to announce Radmila Sekerinska’s appointment as the next deputy general secretary. He truly believes in NATO, he knows the work needed to join the Alliance and what it means to be a full member of it. I look forward to working with her as she takes on this vital role.” She reacted to her appointment to NATO, with a post she made on social media saying: “It will be an honor to serve as NATO Deputy Secretary General under the leadership of Mark Rute and I am committed to working with all Allies towards an even stronger and safer Alliance.” It will be my privatee to serve as NATO Deputy Secretary General under the leadership of .
