National Insurance: A voluntary exit begins – At 180,000 euros the one time

The programme is implemented from Tuesday, August 27th, until Friday, September 2024 at 17:00. The planned maximum compensation for the voluntary withdrawal of workers is EUR 180,000. As provided for in the Human Resources Directorate’s communication sent to National Insurance staff, participants in the voluntary exit programme whose application will be accepted will receive, where appropriate: I) Basic Compensation equal to 30 gross monthly salaries. II) 4 years insurance contributions. An amount shall be given in addition to the basic allowance to those who have completed the 54th year of their age with a reference date of 31/10/2024 calculated as follows: 20% of the gross monthly salary multiplied by 48 months (4 years). III) An increase of four (4) salaries is granted for each child (which has not been completed at the 25th year of age until 31/10/2024) in addition to basic allowance. The final gross total amount of compensation (basic compensation and any increases) will not exceed 180,000 euros. For workers who have not established a right to receive an old-age pension (full or reduced) upon leaving, there will be insurance cover for health benefits, with a Group Contract, until the right to receive an old-age pension is established and with a maximum duration of 5 years. In order to be included in the Programme, the age base and service time in the National Insurance must be completed with a reference date on 31/10/2024. The right to participate in the voluntary leave programme has the full staff of the company, subject and not subject to the provisions of the Rules of Procedure, which provides it with services under an indefinite contract of employment, under full-time employment, as well as services provided under a contract of employment. Lawyers, if each participant has completed: Workers who provide their services to the company are not entitled to participate in the programme under a fixed-term employment contract.
