the signing of the first memorandum, he proceeded to the Finance Minister, Euclid Τσακαλώτος, in response to a timely question of Member of SW, Nikitas Kaklamanis.
Specifically, mr. Τσακαλώτος -accepting that valid and up-to-date Eurostat data (for the period 1995-2013) for the budget deficit, which sent the Bank of Greece to the commission for the debt and the απομείωσή-confirmed that:
