Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis posted a video on TikTok today, Saturday (05.04.25), addressing the recipients of the €150 Youth Pass, which includes young people who have turned 18 or 19 years old. The Prime Minister informed users that the application platform is now open and explained how the Youth Pass can be used in tourism, culture, and transportation sectors.

“I know it’s a small symbolic gesture, but at the same time, we are working for better schools, better universities, and more opportunities for good jobs,” emphasized Mitsotakis. Specifically, the post by the Prime Minister reads: “If you were born in 2005 or 2006, you have €150. You probably didn’t even know about it. In other words, the Youth Pass platform has opened. If you’ve turned either 18 or 19, you can apply and receive €150. Where can you use it? In tourism, culture, and transportation—hotels, ferries, airlines, buses, theaters, cinemas, concerts, exhibitions, gyms. If you were born in 2005 or 2006, you have €150! I know it’s a small symbolic gesture, while simultaneously we’re working for better schools, better universities, and more opportunities for good jobs.”
