Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has taken to TikTok to encourage Greek citizens to evaluate public services through a new platform, axiologisi.ypes.gov.gr. In his post, Mitsotakis emphasizes the importance of citizen feedback in improving state services: ‘We are giving the first word to the citizens. Help us become better!’ This initiative, launched on May 6, marks a significant shift where the government seeks direct input from its citizens for the first time. In the video uploaded Thursday afternoon (May 8, 2025), Mitsotakis explains that by dedicating just a few minutes to complete a simple questionnaire, citizens can rate services from 1 to 10, similar to the Eurovision scoring system but without the dreaded douze points. The feedback provided will help improve services, address issues, and enhance everyday life. ‘Help us become better,’ concludes Mitsotakis, stressing that every opinion counts.
