New protests are expected Friday afternoon (March 7, 2025), leading to the closure of the Syntagma Metro station once again. At 7:00 PM, another rally will take place at Syntagma Square concerning the Tempi issues, with participation from various organizations, as the discussion on the motion of no confidence against the government concludes in Parliament. As a result, following orders from ELAS, the Syntagma Metro station will close again at 5 PM. The University station remains closed to passengers, and trains pass through without stopping. It should be noted that shortly before noon, after the university symposium concluded, the Syntagma Metro station reopened.
