Eurozone countries and the International Monetary Fund have agreed on a plan to help Greece out of its debt crisis. The 16-nation bloc and the world financial institution will together provide loans if Greece fails to raise enough money from the international markets. As Al Jazeera’s Alan Fisher reports, the rescue plan comes with strict conditions, and is to be used only as a last resort. (26 Mar, 2010)
