Participated as representatives of stakeholders: the Municipality of Penteli, the Mayor, for Building Infrastructure Etc.E. (Material: a) mr Kontis Christos, for the Technical Company ΑΤΕΣΕ A.E. mr. John Τσαραμπάρης, for the Αβάθμια education ΒΑθήνας the Head of the division mr. John Ζιάραγκας, the representative of the Sports Association “Καλλισιακός” mr Vicky Stergiou, the Director of the 2nd Kindergarten D.K.Penteli, ca. Happiness Φτερνιάτη and the Director of the Κρυστάλλειου Grade D.K.Penteli, ca. Helen Ζευκιλή.
Discussed:
1. The completion of the construction works of the complex
2. The integration of the operations of the road network around the The.T. 122
3. The evolution of students ‘ records
4. The staffing and the equipment and
5. The organisation of the inauguration of the new school.
The Mayor stressed the need for full and proper organization of start of operation of the schools and of the closed gym, in close cooperation of the responsible bodies. In particular he pointed out the needs:
1. The direct integration of traffic design around the band of schools.
2. The supply of desks and furniture for schools.
3. The proper organization of Sanctification for the 4th of September 2016.
He also stressed that the cooperation of the stakeholders for the proper completion and proper operation of the schools and the sports complex among all stakeholders is a one-way street.
He thanked stakeholders for their attendance and set the next 4th final meeting for the inauguration of the school complex on Wednesday, 31 August 2016, at 10:00 in the school area.
In the meeting attended also the Thematic deputy mayors mr. Dimosthenis Papakonstantinou and Ada getting Out of hand, the Local deputy Mayor D.K. Penteli mr. Konstantinos Moraitis, the Local Consultant D.K. Penteli mr. Kanellos Georgopoulos and officials of Directorates of Technical Services, Education, Procurement, Planning and Operations City of the Municipality.
