Meeting of Presidents of Scientific Bodies of the EBRD for the insurance on Monday, 11 January

Read the announcement: “Meeting of the chairs of the Scientific Bodies of the country (health, engineering, legal) will… be held on Monday, 11 January, at 15.00, in order to establish joint actions to ensure that the ballast measures provided for in the preliminary draft for the insurance not to create scorched earth in every professional activity.
The point of view of the Panhellenic Medical Association is that the new insurance plan, as presented, is a tombstone for the physicians, because it provides for increased insurance contributions, which account for 20% of the net income of any free professional.
If you calculate that the incomes of 2016 there will be increased tax from 26% to 29%, an increase of the advance payment of the tax from 55% to 75%, the eve of the end of business (600 euro) and a solidarity contribution (2-4%), then remaining available income for each free professional. With such increased weights, each one is an individual activity – company will not be able to fulfill their obligations to the State. These increased charges, as above, amounting to approximately 60% of net income. Therefore, the closure of the clinics, the υπαλληλοποίηση, the black work and migration, are visible issues for which you will need to arrange the State.
The road, which calls for the CERTIFICATION to follow the government is clean, in order to support each individual activity. It consists in the reduction of excessive taxation (which is a pain in the neck of any professional) and in insurance reform, where the state supports the redistributive nature of social justice, but also sustainability of the professional activity.
At the same time, the CERTIFICATE considers that the recapitalization of the insurance funds after the devastating PSI, as happened with the banks, it is necessary, in order to be sustainable the system.
The EBRD can remain viable and independent in the framework of the tripartite funding.
It should be understood that the imposition of horizontal measures is not helping the development of our country.”
