What’s really next?
The fellows are planning actions and programs for you and your
your community, wherever you are in Greece! We invite you
get to know the works and days through browsing the map of their ideas and in the social media of the program START.
Starting from a simple idea and vision of social and cultural
upgrade for their communities, 30 fellows program
START from every corner of Greece, located this time in the
Germany. For 6 weeks, monitor the working mode selected
socio-cultural centres in 19 German cities, are exposed to new
ideas, methods of work, practices and networks and experimenting
implementing cultural actions in cooperation with the bodies which
host. Through this exchange, create, redesign,
refine their ideas and prepare to present it at the end
November in Stuttgart. The aim is to demonstrate the feasibility, the
sustainability and the need for innovative ideas for local
communities throughout Greece.
After the presentation, will be selected 15 of them who will continue in
the next phase of implementing their ideas with the support of the
programme START. But all of them, they will bring with them returning
in Greece the experience, expertise and networks that will
allow to implement cultural actions-added social
value for our country for social and cultural change.
To START is a program of the Robert Bosch Stiftung (Foundation Robert
Bosch) that is implemented in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut Thessaloniki and
the Bundesvereinigung Soziokultureller Zentren e.V. (Federal Union
Socio-Cultural Centres).
