The new video captured by Liverpool Echo shows the vehicle emerging at the eastern end of Dale Street near the Queensway tunnel at 5:56 p.m. Two minutes earlier, an ambulance was seen moving in the same area. The footage then depicts the Ford Galaxy continuing along Dale Street, nearing the intersection with Cumberland Street at 5:57 p.m. Pedestrians and vehicles returning from the parade are visible in the video, with one instance showing the car narrowly missing a woman crossing the road. Other clips reveal the car progressing further along Dale Street, passing people returning from the parade. The driver continued along Dale Street toward Water Street when temporary barriers were removed to allow an ambulance access to someone suffering a suspected cardiac arrest. The horrifying moments of the car plowing into the crowd have since gone viral worldwide.
